What is the difference between the names of the new and old red books?
The new red book is named: CERTIFICATE OF LAND USE RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS ATTACHED TO LAND (16 words), equipped with QR code (effective from January 1, 2025).
Old red book: CERTIFICATE OF LAND USE RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP OF HOUSES AND OTHER ASSETS ATTACHED TO LAND (20 words), no QR code.
