Implement the Supplementary Project on Socio-Economic Development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more

BAC GIANG - The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued the Action Plan No. 86-CTr/TU dated May 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.

The plan aims to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Action Program No. 86-CTr/TU dated May 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Party Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio -economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more, creating high unity in the thinking, awareness and action of the entire Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in the implementation process. At the same time, fully and comprehensively specify the tasks and implementation solutions with high feasibility to effectively implement the Central's instructions, ensuring the economic growth rate (GRDP) of the province in 2025 reaches 13.6%, contributing to the whole country achieving the growth target of 8% or more.

To achieve the above objectives, departments, branches and localities direct the promotion of the contents of the Action Program No. 86-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, creating high unity in the awareness, thinking and action of Party committees, leaders and all cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees, ensuring effective implementation of the tasks and solutions set out. Perfecting institutions and laws, removing institutional bottlenecks and improving law enforcement.

Review and complete planning; mobilize resources to invest in infrastructure and urban areas. Reform administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment; focus on supporting production and business enterprises; increase investment attraction and business development. Promote new growth drivers, new production forces based on science and technology, high-quality human resources.

According to the Plan, units and localities shall synchronously and uniformly implement tasks from the province to the grassroots with specific roadmaps, timelines and responsibilities. During the implementation process, promptly supplement and update the Central Government's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with the requirements. Regularly monitor, evaluate, inspect and supervise the implementation results to urge, remove and promptly resolve difficulties and problems in order to promptly adjust and supplement solutions suitable to the actual conditions of each unit and locality. Focus on implementing short-term tasks; at the same time, determine the implementation roadmap for long-term tasks.
