Implement the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development by 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more

BAC GIANG - The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued the Action Program Implementation Plan No. 86-CTr/TU dated May 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.

The plan aims to effectively implement Action Program No. 86-CTr/TU dated May 23, 2025, of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, which implements Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025, of the Central Party Committee on the supplementary plan for socio -economic development in 2025 with the goal of achieving a growth rate of 8% or higher, creating high unity in thought, awareness, and action of the entire Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in the implementation process. At the same time, it fully and comprehensively concretizes the tasks and solutions with high feasibility to effectively implement the Central Government's directives, ensuring the province's economic growth rate (GRDP) in 2025 reaches 13.6%, contributing to the national target of achieving a growth rate of 8% or higher.

To achieve the above objectives, departments, agencies, and localities are directed to intensify the dissemination of the contents of Action Program No. 86-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, creating high unity in awareness, thinking, and action among Party committees, leaders, and all cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees, ensuring the effective implementation of the tasks and solutions set forth. They are also tasked with perfecting institutions and laws, removing institutional bottlenecks, and improving law enforcement.

Review and refine planning; mobilize resources for infrastructure and urban development. Reform administrative procedures and improve the investment and business environment; focus on supporting businesses in production and trade; strengthen investment attraction and business development. Promote new growth drivers and new productive forces based on science and technology and high-quality human resources.

According to the Plan, units and localities will organize the synchronized and unified implementation of tasks from the provincial level to the grassroots with specific roadmaps, timelines, and responsibilities. During implementation, they will promptly supplement and update central government policies and guidelines to ensure they meet the requirements. They will regularly monitor, evaluate, inspect, and supervise implementation results to promptly address difficulties and obstacles, and adjust and supplement solutions to suit the actual conditions of each unit and locality. Focus will be placed on short-term tasks, while also defining implementation roadmaps for long-term tasks.
