Forum "Family Happiness in the Digital Age"

On the evening of June 27th, at Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin (Ha Long City), the Quang Ninh Coal Group organized a forum titled "Family Happiness in the Digital Age," in response to Vietnam Family Day on June 28th.

Associate Professor Pham Manh Ha, Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research, Training, and Psychological Intervention, shared his insights on changes in families in the digital age.

The family is an indispensable factor in the stability and development of businesses, as well as the socio -economic development of the locality. With the desire to inherit and promote good traditional values, the forum "Family Happiness in the Digital Age" was organized to foster connection, empathy, and spread meaningful messages about building happy families in the new era and contributing to society to all affiliated youth union branches, youth union members' families, and workers throughout TKV.

Young workers share their methods for maintaining family happiness in the modern era.

At the program, delegates, along with over 200 union members, young workers, and families of grassroots union officials, reviewed the core traditions of Vietnamese families; the impact of the market economy, technology, and social media on family values. Methods for maintaining family happiness in the modern era were also enthusiastically shared by the young workers.

Seventeen exemplary young miner families at the Coal Mining Union level were honored.
