Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union has just coordinated with Tan Loc Ward Youth Union to organize the Gratitude Journey Program on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). The units visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers living in Thot Not Ward, namely Vo Thi Le and Nguyen Thi Chin. At the same time, the units coordinated with the ward's socio -political organizations to organize a visit to Thuan Hung Ward Martyrs Cemetery; coordinated with local teams to organize propaganda to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day...
Mr. Nguyen Van Ngu, Secretary of the Youth Union of Trang Tho B area, said: “The activities to honor the families of war invalids and martyrs have helped me and other members of the Youth Union (YU) to have a deeper understanding of the value of peace . From there, we strive to study and contribute to the development of our homeland and country. In recent times, the YU in the area have actively participated in volunteer activities, contributing to the construction of civilized urban areas; doing a good job of repaying gratitude, taking care of people in difficult circumstances…”.
In July, Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union organized many activities to respond to the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, such as launching "Green Sunday", launching the "Green Space" model, promoting environmental protection, visiting and giving gifts to families with meritorious services, etc. The ward Youth Union coordinated with teams to educate children on skills to prevent drowning and injuries; promoted the 2016 Children's Law; opened swimming classes, organized free online English lessons for children, etc. In addition, the ward Youth Union coordinated to mobilize and give team members and children 550 gifts, with a total value of 129.1 million VND.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Secretary of the Trung Nhut Ward Youth Union, the ward's Youth Union always affirms its pioneering, proactive, and creative role in the country's digital age. The unit identifies the task of improving digital capacity to support young people to have the right awareness and attitude towards digital transformation; equipping them with knowledge and skills for social communication, learning, research, entertainment, work, creative startups, etc.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram said that up to now, 100% of the Youth Union branches have reviewed and completed the information and data systems, and standardized the identification of the accounts of the Youth Union members on the Vietnam Youth application. Activities to improve digital capacity for children and teenagers in the whole ward have been effectively organized by the Ward Youth Union through training courses, fostering digital knowledge and skills; volunteer activities to support the community in accessing and using digital technology... The Youth Union officers and Youth Union members of the branches play a core role in the community digital technology teams in the areas. Particularly during the peak competition period of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the Ward Youth Union launched the "Digital Education for the People" team with 15 members who are Youth Union, Association and Youth Union officers to support people at the Ward Public Administration Service Center.
In the coming time, Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union will strengthen activities to foster and educate ideology, politics, ethics, and lifestyle for Youth Union officials and young union members; improve the quality of Youth Union organizations and branch activities, pay attention to improving the quality of Youth Union officials; innovate the content and methods of implementing Youth Union work and youth movements, focus on digital transformation in directing, operating, and organizing Youth Union activities...
The ward Youth Union deploys new models and methods to promote digital transformation, support young union members to promote creativity, do business, confidently start a business, establish a career, and integrate. The ward Youth Union will coordinate with sectors and units to maintain skillful mass mobilization models, such as "Supporting disadvantaged children", "Supporting children to school", "Full moon festival night" ... to contribute to taking care of team members and disadvantaged children.
