VHO - The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has just issued document No. 3188/UBND-KH&CĐS on the implementation of Notice No. 02 dated October 27, 2025 of the Steering Committee on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, contributing to realizing the goal of more effective and people-friendly digital transformation.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requested heads of agencies, units, and localities to thoroughly understand and effectively implement the province's directives, ensuring the completion of the set goals, targets, and tasks regarding science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. For tasks that have not been completed, detailed plans must be urgently developed, with specific responsibilities assigned to each person and department, linked to outputs and completion timelines.

In addition, focus on immediately digitizing data that fully meets the regulations and is eligible for inclusion in the shared database system of Tuyen Quang province. Promote the organization and digitization of archival documents according to the motto "accurate - complete - clean - vibrant," ensuring cleanliness at every stage, guaranteeing that document digitization meets the requirements of the Central Government and the province; to be completed in 2026.

The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has instructed the Provincial People's Committee Office to direct the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center to urgently review and evaluate all administrative procedures at the provincial and commune levels in order to develop a plan for reduction and simplification that is substantive and effective.

The Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Department is tasked with implementing information security and data protection solutions; acting as the focal point to coordinate with functional units of the Ministry of Public Security to support agencies and units in connecting to the national population database and synchronizing data with the National Data Center; and fully and promptly deploying VNeID utilities to serve socio-economic development.

Departments and agencies, according to their functions and duties, should promptly and seriously implement, with determination and quality assurance, the assigned tasks related to science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, contributing to improving the efficiency of services for people and businesses, and promoting the socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang.
