Tuyen Quang commercial project, implemented by Central Retail Vietnam; and the An Tuong Riverside Urban Area Project, implemented by VIDEC Group Joint Stock Company.

The My Lam Resort Urban Area and Sports Complex – Golf Course project covers nearly 650 hectares and is being developed as a large-scale resort, healing, and healthcare city.
The urban area is planned according to the "hot spring resort city" model, integrating high-end accommodation, commercial and entertainment spaces, and a comprehensive healthcare system, with the natural My Lam hot spring as its core value.
Adjacent to the urban area is the My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course, featuring an 18-hole international standard golf course designed in harmony with the hilly terrain and natural water features.
The project contributes to enhancing the value of Tuyen Quang 's hot spring resources and natural landscape, building a green, modern, and sustainable urban model, in line with the characteristics of the northern mountainous midland region.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the My Lam Resort Urban Area Project and the My Lam Sports Complex - Golf Course, Mr. Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, said that the simultaneous commencement of two major projects in My Lam demonstrates a strategic vision in developing high-quality urban, tourism, and service spaces, in line with the province's development orientation, creating a ripple effect for the socio-economic development of the locality.

This is a large-scale project, approved by the Prime Minister, and Vingroup has been approved as the investor to implement these important projects, aiming to build a model ecological urban area combining resorts and services, developing in a modern and integrated manner, effectively exploiting the advantages of the landscape and natural green ecosystem, creating a breakthrough in socio-economic development in the area.
The GO! Tuyen Quang project covers a total area of nearly 15,000m2 and is built with a multi-utility model to meet all customer needs through planned services and amenities such as: a GO! hypermarket specializing in food, fast-moving consumer goods, and essential items with an area of 5,068m2, selling over 40,000 products at affordable prices suitable for every household; a restaurant and food court area; and an entertainment area…

The An Tuong Riverside urban area project, invested by VIDEC Group Joint Stock Company, covers a total area of 21.5 hectares; the construction plan includes townhouses, semi-detached villas, social housing, a commercial center, schools, and accompanying social amenities and services…
The August Cinema and cultural services project comprises 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, with a total floor area of over 10,000m2 and a total investment of 218 billion VND. The building is designed to be multi-functional, modern, and integrated, ensuring technical, aesthetic, and functional standards to accommodate cultural, artistic, and film activities, major events, and accompanying cultural services.
