Organizing inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The project area for the high-end resort complex Cu Lao Mai Nha is located in O Loan commune.

According to the plan, the province will hold a technical opening ceremony for Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot expressway, Phase 1, and inaugurate the Ho Chi Minh Highway bypass section east of Buon Ma Thuot city. The inauguration and technical opening ceremonies for these two key transportation projects will be held on December 19th at the CT02 interchange, part of Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot expressway, in Ea Knuec commune.

The ceremony was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, connecting with various locations as directed by the Prime Minister, with the attendance of Party and State leaders, central ministries and agencies, and leaders of Dak Lak province.

On the same day, Dak Lak province also held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cu Lao Mai Nha high-end resort project in O Loan commune. This is a large-scale tourism project, expected to create a new highlight for the development of tourism and services, contributing to the effective exploitation of the local marine economic potential.

Simultaneously, the Department of Construction will hold a ceremony to launch two social housing projects at 8:00 AM on December 19th, in person at the project sites. The Binh Kien Ward Social Housing Project will be implemented on an area of over 43,000 m², with a 15-story apartment building comprising approximately 2,270 units, a total investment of over 2,580 billion VND, and an expected implementation time of 60 months. The project is invested by Cloud Land Joint Stock Company.

The social housing project north of Tran Phu Street, Tuy Hoa Ward, covers an area of over 8,200 m², comprising a 13-story apartment building with approximately 480 units. The total investment is around 548 billion VND, and the project is scheduled for completion within 45 months. HTL Vietnam Investment Construction and Real Estate Business Joint Stock Company is the representative of the investment consortium.

These are large-scale social housing projects that contribute to addressing the housing needs of the people, especially low-income earners, workers, and those eligible for social welfare programs in the area.

The simultaneous organization of inauguration ceremonies, groundbreaking ceremonies, commencement ceremonies, and technical opening ceremonies is identified as a significant political, economic, and social event, aiming to summarize the 5-year period (2021-2025) of implementing the strategic breakthrough in infrastructure development, while also creating new momentum and impetus for the next phase of the province's development.
