Le Van Tam Primary School is one of the schools that has successfully implemented educational reforms. The school directs teachers to clearly demonstrate a spirit of innovation from the planning of lessons and the organization of classroom sessions to professional development activities. Professional development sessions are conducted in a lesson study format, focusing on discussing and analyzing teaching methods and organizing learning activities suitable for each student group. In addition, the school emphasizes integrated teaching, incorporating content on national defense and security, traffic safety laws, and environmental protection; updating current events of the homeland and country into History and Geography lessons, making lessons more lively and relevant to real-world situations.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Principal of Le Van Tam Primary School, to improve the quality of education, both teachers and students must change their approach to teaching and learning. In each lesson, teachers should increase interaction, encourage students to participate in discussions and present their opinions, and reduce student passivity.
