The Ba Rai River was the site of the historic Ba Rai battle to destroy the Americans, which went down in history for our army and people; this river has also preserved many heroic feats, the historical and cultural roots of the nation in general, the homeland of Cai Lay Town and Tien Giang Province in particular. On the banks of the Ba Rai River, there are still the remains of the Four Heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country; the historic victory of Ba Thu Bay and the over 100-year-old cast-iron bridge connecting the two banks of the Ba Rai River...
Through many ups and downs and historical events, the Ba Rai River is still gentle, tolerant, and wholeheartedly protects the people of Cai Lay, so that the fruit gardens are increasingly green, and the people can peacefully build their homeland.
The Lantern Festival is to pray for Cai Lay town to be prosperous, have favorable weather, have enough food for every family, and have peace and happiness for everyone.
