The dollar continued to weaken amid signs of fragility in the US economy and a deadlock in trade talks with China. Investors are awaiting the US non-farm payrolls report, which is expected to show an increase of 130,000 jobs and the unemployment rate holding steady at 4.2%. The dollar's weakness was fueled by disappointing economic data and concerns about the lasting impact of tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, the Euro continued to appreciate against the USD, reflecting a change in market expectations about the European Central Bank's (ECB) monetary policy.
