Comrade Duong Hien Hai Dang, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, approved the draft Resolution on the reorganization of the Tra Vinh Provincial Inspectorate.

At the conference, comrade Duong Hien Hai Dang, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, approved 02 draft resolutions: (1) On the reorganization of the Tra Vinh Provincial Inspectorate; (2) Approving one-time support funds for families of martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and were awarded the Independence Medal in Tra Vinh province.

Comrade Nguyen Van Phuong, Director of the Department of Finance, approved the draft Resolution on supplementing the budget estimate, targeted supplementation and adjusting the provincial budget estimate for 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Van Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance, approved 04 draft resolutions: (1) On supplementing the budget estimate, supplementing with objectives and adjusting the provincial budget estimate for 2025 (phase 3); (2) Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 48/2017/NQ-HDND, dated December 8, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the working fee regime and conference fee regime in Tra Vinh province; (3) Assigning and adjusting the provincial budget public investment plan for 2025 (phase 3); (4) Assigning and adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the provincial budget for the period 2021 - 2025 (phase 10).

Comrade Tran Truong Giang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, approved the draft Resolution on the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests in the province.

Comrade Tran Truong Giang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, approved 04 draft resolutions: (1) Regulating the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests in Tra Vinh province; (2) Announcing Resolution No. 15/2021/NQ-HDND, dated September 13, 2021 of the People's Council of Tra Vinh province on decentralization of authority to manage irrigation infrastructure assets under the management of Tra Vinh province to expire in full; (3) Amending a number of articles of Resolution No. 21/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021, Resolution No. 23/2023/NQHDND, dated November 13, 2023 of the People's Council of the province regulating fees in the environmental field in Tra Vinh province; (4) Amending Clause 2 of Article 2 of Resolution No. 17/2024/NQ-HDND dated November 1, 2024 of the People's Council of Tra Vinh province regulating fees for selection and recognition of mother trees, parent trees, forestry seed gardens, and seed forests in Tra Vinh province.

Comrade Le Van Han, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han basically agreed with the content of the 10 draft reports and resolutions submitted at the conference.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments, branches and sectors continue to coordinate with relevant units to synthesize the opinions of delegates to consider and supplement the content of the draft Resolutions to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council as soon as possible.
