Giving 200 gifts to lonely elderly people and people in difficult circumstances in Bac Lieu city and Phuoc Long district

(BL-MD) On June 10, Ngoc Lien Monastery coordinated with the Youth Union of Ward 2 ( Bac Lieu City) to give 100 gifts to the elderly living alone, households with difficult circumstances, and illnesses in Ward 2 and Ward 5 (Bac Lieu City). Each gift included rice and noodles, with a total value of 25 million VND, supported by Ms. Chau My Lang (a Buddhist of Ngoc Lien Monastery). On the same day, Ms. Chau My Lang also gave 100 gifts worth 25 million VND to the elderly living alone, households with difficult circumstances, and illnesses in Thoan and Phuoc Long communes (Phuoc Long district).

It is known that every year, Ms. Chau My Lang organizes charity activities and gives gifts to share some of the difficulties with those who are lonely and have many difficulties in life.
