After nearly 20 years working as a garment worker in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Danh Tien has accumulated a little capital and experience in the garment industry. In 2021, he returned to his hometown to open a garment processing facility.
Initially, due to lack of capital, he was only able to equip 8 industrial sewing machines. Production also encountered many difficulties due to few orders, unstable output market, and low skills of newly recruited workers... Fortunately, during his previous time working in Ho Chi Minh City, he also got to know some people involved in the garment industry, who have now become his partners. At the same time, he expanded his customer base to include local schools and companies. To maintain orders, he directly monitored the products, workers' skills, ensured the quality of goods, and delivery progress. Over time, the operation of the facility became orderly, and the products were guaranteed in terms of design and quality.
With the business going smoothly, Mr. Tien boldly borrowed more capital from the Social Policy Bank and with the support of relatives to expand the facility, buy more sewing machines, cutting machines, overlock machines... to complete the production line. Thanks to his reputation, good treatment and the advantage of being close to the locality, his facility gradually attracted many skilled workers. In addition, he also organized free sewing classes. After learning the profession proficiently, if the learner wants to work for the facility, he is ready to accept them.
With the spirit of daring to think and daring to do, Mr. Danh Tien has participated in creating jobs, bringing stable income to many rural female workers, effectively contributing to local poverty reduction.
