Inspection content: Regulations on facility conditions, equipment and tools; confirmation of food safety knowledge, health examination of facility owners and people directly producing and trading food; origin of raw materials, food additives; product declaration records... During the inspection process, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will combine guidance for food production and trading establishments to fulfill their commitments to produce and trade safe food according to regulations. Inspection period is from the end of September to October 10.
