Kariera Group's solution supports data extraction from resumes/candidate profiles in just 0.1 seconds per profile, automatically calculating the suitability score for each profile according to the company's recruitment criteria; increasing efficiency in screening profiles, attracting and retaining talent.
This technology has begun to be applied on the CareerViet website, allowing candidates to apply quickly by simply uploading their existing profiles. AI will read the data, standardize the profiles, and significantly shorten the application process, suggesting more accurate job opportunities.
