Kariera Group's solution is to support data extraction from resumes/candidate profiles in just 0.1 seconds/profile, automatically calculate the suitability score of each profile according to the recruitment criteria of the business; increase efficiency in screening profiles, attracting and retaining talent.
This technology has begun to be applied on the CareerViet website, helping candidates to apply quickly, just by downloading the available profile. AI will read the data, standardize the profile and significantly shorten the application process, suggesting more accurate jobs.
