In the vibrant atmosphere of the new spring, officials, Party members, and people throughout the province joyfully welcome the new year with full faith and hope. From streets adorned with colorful flags and flowers to warm and loving homes, the spirit of unity and consensus is spreading strongly throughout the community. A new momentum and determination are being ignited, creating the impetus for the entire province to confidently move into 2026 with the aspiration to build a homeland that is increasingly prosperous, civilized, and sustainably developed.

Ms. Khuat Minh Nguyet, Quang Trung 5A area, Uong Bi ward: "I hope to contribute to building a more developed and prosperous homeland."

As the old year draws to a close and the new year 2026 approaches, I can truly feel the joyful atmosphere spreading throughout the streets of Uong Bi ward. From the brightly lit streets adorned with flags and flowers to the bustling activity of people shopping for Tet, everything creates a vibrant and hopeful picture.

This year, in particular, marks the first year of implementing a two-tiered local government system, yet the ward has meticulously organized many unique activities for residents to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Besides the flower fair, the OCOP (One Commune One Product) fair, and the New Year's art program, there was also, for the first time, a large-scale lantern festival. From early morning, my whole family was present at the park lake and the square area to share in the joy of welcoming the new year. These are all very meaningful activities, bringing us residents a sense of pride and strengthening our bonds with family and community.

Having been closely associated with the locality for many years, I am even more proud to witness the daily changes in the ward, its more attractive urban appearance, increasingly diverse community activities, and the continuous improvement of people's lives. Looking ahead to 2026, I hope the ward will continue to promote the spirit of unity, innovation, and creativity, so that socio -economic development continues and the living environment becomes more civilized and modern. Personally, I will also live more responsibly towards the community and the residential area. I believe that when each citizen contributes their small part, Uong Bi ward will have many more fulfilling springs, many more successful and hopeful new years.

Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Tuan, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police): “To ensure every family welcomes the Lunar New Year happily and safely on every road.”

On the 29th day of the 12th lunar month, the unit mobilized 100% of its personnel, maximizing forces and resources to organize comprehensive patrols and controls on national highways, provincial roads, and key routes in central areas where New Year's Eve celebrations took place. This coordinated and proactive deployment not only aimed to promptly detect and strictly handle violations but also contributed to preventing and reducing traffic accidents, limiting congestion, and ensuring safe and smooth travel for people during the transition from the old year to the new year.

For traffic police officers, performing duties during the year-end period is both a responsibility and a source of pride. Seeing people travel safely and smoothly, without traffic jams or serious accidents, is the greatest joy for each officer and soldier. We understand that during peak times, when traffic volume increases, we must uphold a high sense of responsibility and maintain discipline and order to ensure security, order, and traffic safety on every road.

We hope that every citizen participating in traffic will raise their awareness of complying with the law, refrain from driving after drinking alcohol, and adhere to speed limits, traffic signals, and instructions from law enforcement. The self-awareness of the people is the most important factor for everyone to have a safe and fulfilling Tet holiday. On the occasion of the New Year, the officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department wish the people a healthy, happy, and prosperous new year; and wish every family a joyful and peaceful Spring Festival on all roads.

Mr. Vu Quang Vu, Head of Safety Department, Quang Ninh Power Company: “Bringing a complete, warm, and safe Spring season to every home.”

Every Lunar New Year, as spring arrives, it is not only a time of transition between the old and new year but also an opportunity for every employee in the electricity sector to reflect on the past year, filled with countless efforts and hard work.

Our joy in welcoming the new year is actually quite simple: seeing streets brightly lit, homes filled with the joyful laughter of family reunions, and industrial zones operating smoothly to boost production. For us, ensuring a safe, continuous, and stable power supply in the first days of the new year is the most meaningful gift we can give to the people.

Entering the new year, I am confident that, building on the successes achieved, all employees of the Company will continue to uphold the tradition of unity, discipline, and responsibility; constantly improve occupational safety awareness, proactively prevent risks, promote the application of science and technology and digital transformation to enhance work efficiency. I believe that, with the collective effort and determination of the team, the Company will excellently fulfill all assigned tasks, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province, maintaining customer trust, and bringing a complete, warm, and safe spring to every home. This is not only a work goal, but also a source of pride and motivation for us to continue contributing in the new year with the highest sense of responsibility.

Ms. Dinh Thi Huong, an environmental sanitation worker at Tuan Dat Environmental Joint Stock Company: “Maintaining a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment allows everyone to enjoy a more fulfilling Tet holiday.”

In the days leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), especially on New Year's Eve, the amount of waste increases significantly compared to normal days. My colleagues and I have to work continuously. Everyone is tired, homesick, and longs to gather around the New Year's Eve dinner table with their families. But having committed to this profession, we always put responsibility first. There are times when our hands and feet are exhausted from working day and night, but seeing the streets clean and tidy, and people and families celebrating Tet happily, warms our hearts. Our work may be quiet, but it contributes to maintaining a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment so that everyone can enjoy Tet more fully. That is our pride.

As we enter the new year, I only wish for myself and my fellow workers to always be healthy so that we can continue to be dedicated to our work. I hope that people will increasingly raise their awareness of maintaining environmental hygiene and work together to dispose of waste in the designated places so that our work becomes less arduous. I hope the new year brings much joy and peace to all families, so that those of us who work silently can also feel the appreciation and sharing from the community.
