In order to realize the above goals, Van Lang University has built a comprehensive educational ecosystem to support innovation and entrepreneurship, creating favorable conditions for students to develop ideas and realize startup projects.
One of the highlights is the establishment of the Startup Incubation Center in 2022, with the goal of supporting over 100 startup ideas each year. The center not only provides workspace but also organizes workshops, skills training programs and connects students with investors.
In addition to supporting student startups, Van Lang University also actively builds a creative startup community. The school has cooperated with many major partners such as: Google, Kambria & OhmniLabs, ELSA Speak... to provide the best resources for students.
The cooperation between Van Lang University and Co Vietnam - an organization co-founded by UNDP and Citi Foundation - through the "Springboard Amplifier Vietnam 2024" program is a typical example. This program not only enhances the entrepreneurial capacity of Van Lang's student community but also develops management and leadership skills in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In addition, the "Going Offshore" startup competition, launched by Van Lang University in collaboration with the High-Tech Business Incubator since 2020, has become an annual event that many young entrepreneurs are interested in.

In 2023, Van Lang University recorded more than 200 projects participating in startup competitions. Many of these projects received financial support from investment funds. The university not only actively supports startup projects in fields such as: Healthcare , tourism - services, environment, technology, biology - chemistry but also helps many ideas enter practice, successfully commercialize many products, contributing to the establishment of new businesses.
Investment funds, such as the Microsoft Startup Support Fund, have invested $150,000 in potential student projects. The Dariu Foundation has also played an important role in developing startup ideas from the pre-incubation stage. Meanwhile, Zone Startup Vietnam has become a major partner, providing resources and advice to young startups, facilitating the sustainable development of the startup ecosystem at Van Lang University.
To achieve the goal of nurturing young entrepreneurs, Van Lang University invests in innovative educational programs, integrating practical knowledge into teaching. Students not only learn theory but also participate in real projects, developing startup ideas right from the first years. The school organizes workshops, seminars and exchanges with many successful entrepreneurs, helping students expand their network of relationships and gain practical experience. The school also focuses on developing soft skills, such as leadership, negotiation and time management, helping students feel confident when entering the labor market.
