How to make chia seed water

To make chia seed water, follow these 5 steps:

- Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into a glass of water.

- Stir well to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.

- Leave it undisturbed for at least an hour or overnight.

- Once finished, stir again before drinking.

- You can add lemon juice and honey to this drink to enhance its flavor and nutritional content, such as vitamin C.
