The Sun revealed that Van Dijk has just earned £3 million from image rights and sponsorship deals. VVD Promotions Limited, the image management company founded by the midfielder, has contributed to Van Dijk's fortune. Van Dijk's assets are estimated to be up to £11.7 million.

VVD Promotions Limited was set up in May 2017, just months before Van Dijk joined Liverpool. His shrewd management of his earnings has seen the 33-year-old's net worth increase significantly over the years.
