Gold rings surpass 86 million VND/ounce.

Gold prices this afternoon, December 12, 2024: World gold prices maintaining a high level above $2,700/ounce is the reason pushing gold ring prices above 86 million VND per tael.

As of 2:30 PM on December 12, 2024, the gold prices on the exchanges of several companies were as follows:

The SJC gold price, as listed by Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC), is 84.6 million VND/ounce for buying and 87.1 million VND/ounce for selling, an increase of 200,000 VND/ounce compared to yesterday's price in both directions.

Today, DOJI lists the price of 9999 gold at 84.8-87.3 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price); an increase of 400,000 VND/ounce in both buying and selling prices compared to the opening of yesterday's trading session. The difference between the buying and selling price of SJC gold at DOJI Group is 2.5 million VND/ounce.

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), Phu Quy Group, DOJI Group, and Bao Tin Minh Chau have all simultaneously raised the selling price of SJC gold bars above 87 million VND/ounce. The common buying price at these companies is also 84.6 million VND.

Mi Hong Company maintained the buying price of gold bars at 84.9 million VND/ounce but reduced the selling price by 200,000 VND, currently fixed at 86 million VND/ounce.

Regarding gold rings, the price of 99.99% pure gold rings (1-5 tael) is being traded by SJC at 84.5 - 85.9 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 200,000 VND compared to yesterday.

Other gold and jewelry businesses also increased the price of gold rings by 100,000-300,000 VND. After the adjustment, Bao Tin Minh Chau traded gold rings at 84.68 - 86.18 million VND/ounce; PNJ traded commonly at 84.8 - 85.9 million VND/ounce; Phu Quy accepted prices at 84.7 - 86.1 million VND/ounce and Mi Hong listed at 84.8 - 85.6 million VND.

Thus, the price of gold bars and gold rings in the domestic market today (December 12) increased across most gold brands. Gold bars saw the highest increase of 400,000 VND/ounce in both buying and selling prices, while gold rings increased by a maximum of 200,000 VND/ounce in both buying and selling prices.
