[Video] Announcing the score distribution of the 2025 HSA Competency Assessment exam

NDO - Hanoi National University has just announced the score distribution of the 2025 High School Student Assessment (HSA) exam, after 6 rounds of exams from March 15 to May 18 in many northern provinces. The total number of registered candidates was 90,632, of which 89,059 candidates took the exam, reaching a rate of 98.3%.

This year's score distribution is normally distributed, with an average score of 78.8/150, a median of 78.0/150 and a standard deviation of 14.3.

Compared to 2024, the average score increased slightly by about 2-3 points; the lowest score also increased (31 compared to 17 points), showing an improving trend in exam results.

The HSA exam continues to ensure high differentiation, which may cause HSA admission scores at schools to increase slightly this year.
