[Video] Heroic celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

On the morning of September 2, at Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi, the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day took place in the jubilant, bustling atmosphere of a national festival.

The national parade and march had the participation of about 40,000 people, divided into 87 groups including military, police, militia, masses, and military and special vehicles.

In the sky of the capital, 30 aircraft of the Vietnam People's Air Force flew in welcome with modern models such as Su-30MK2, Yak-130, Casa.

This year also saw the participation of international military delegations from China, Russia, Laos and Cambodia, demonstrating the spirit of friendship and cooperation.

In particular, for the first time, Vietnam organized a parade at sea, gathering the Navy, Coast Guard, Border Guard, Fisheries Surveillance and Naval Air Force, depicting the strength to protect the Fatherland from land, sea and sky.

Ba Dinh Square this morning echoed with a heroic atmosphere, affirming the will of great national unity and the aspiration to build a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
