8:20: Special anti-riot vehicles

These are specialized vehicles for riot control, crowd control and fire fighting very effectively.

The vehicle is equipped with a modern automatic control system including high-pressure water jets and an integrated system for mixing tear gas and spraying paint to mark targets.

The camera system is arranged in the front, rear and on the roof to help officers and soldiers easily observe targets.

The multi-purpose combat support vehicle is a vehicle specially designed to perform the function of lifting and pulling vehicles over obstacles to serve work, combat and rescue, helping officers and soldiers quickly and secretly penetrate high positions; detect and handle weapons, mines, liquids, support security and safety control at important conferences and events of the country.

The Mobile Police's Underwater Special Vehicle is a paramilitary vehicle, made of special steel, highly mobile, and able to operate on all terrains.

The vehicle is used to perform special missions in disaster prevention, search and rescue, and combat situations on difficult and complex terrains and areas.

These are modern multi-purpose training aircraft, operating in all weather conditions, day and night, performing training, reconnaissance and attack missions to destroy targets in the air, on land and at sea. The presence of the Yak-130 and L-39NG affirms the level of combat capability and the strength to protect national sovereignty.

Flying into the Square is the Su-30MK2 formation - the pride and main force of the Vietnam People's Air Force. This is a modern supersonic multi-role fighter, operating in all weather conditions, tightly controlling airspace, effectively attacking targets in the air, on land, and at sea. It is a "steel shield" firmly protecting the airspace, sea, borders, and islands of the Fatherland.

With the motto "using few to defeat many, using high quality to defeat large numbers", with extraordinary courage, intelligence and creativity, the Air Force "went out to bring victory back", defeated the enemy, and fully implemented Uncle Ho's teaching "to open a victorious air front".

Today, the Vietnam People's Air Force continues to clearly affirm its core role on the air front, ready to fight and firmly protect the Fatherland's skies in all situations.

8:16: Special armored bulletproof vehicle

This is a special vehicle equipped for the Special Police, with high mobility and combat capabilities, capable of overcoming obstacles and moving in deep water.

The body and glass of the vehicle can withstand many types of bullets, the chassis remains safe when encountering mines, and the wheels can continue moving when punctured or encountering problems while performing a mission.

Each vehicle can carry a crew of 8 to 10 soldiers, ensuring safe command and combat operations.

8:15: Mobile Combat Command Center vehicle block

The vehicle is used to quickly deploy and set up mobile combat command centers at the scene in areas and locations with difficult and complex terrain.

The vehicle performs the task of establishing and maintaining communication, transmitting audio and visual data at the scene from fixed and mobile surveillance cameras, unmanned aerial vehicles, etc. in real time with the Command Center of the Ministry of Public Security; quickly and effectively serving the command, direction, operation and combat work of the People's Public Security force.

The special anti-terrorism vehicle block of the Special Police force represents the strength, discipline, eliteness and modernity of the Vietnam People's Public Security force.

With solid bulletproof armor, high mobility on all terrains; modern combat weapons system in performing tasks of fighting against terrorism, rescuing hostages and suppressing especially dangerous crimes.

At the same time, it is a symbol of the determination to fight and win of the Vietnam Special Police force in firmly protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and bringing a peaceful life to the people.

8:12 am: Vehicles to protect and escort Party and State leaders and international delegations

This is a special vehicle block including escort motorbikes, professional vehicles, multi-purpose emergency handling vehicles, and special motor vehicles equipped for the Guard force to serve the work of welcoming and guiding high-ranking delegations, international delegations, and heads of state visiting and working in Vietnam.

The vehicles have many outstanding features to help officers and soldiers be proactive and confident in performing their tasks.

Typical examples are the Chevrolet Suruban, a multi-purpose emergency vehicle, and the IAG with the highest level of bulletproof capability, meeting high mobility and combat requirements.

8:11: Traffic control vehicles lead the procession into the ceremony platform.

With the mission of mobile patrol, ensuring security, traffic safety and guiding domestic delegations and international guests to Vietnam, serving important political and diplomatic events of the country.

Currently, the traffic police vehicles leading the convoy are upgraded, innovated, and modernized, ensuring that they meet the requirements of form, technical features, speed of movement, operations, safety features when performing tasks, and meet the green transformation criteria as directed by the Government.

8:11: Special vehicles of the Vietnam People's Public Security enter the ceremony platform.

8:10: Parade formation at sea

In the sea parade formation, there was a V-shaped battle formation that was televised to Ba Dinh Square.

In the V-shaped formation, ships with reconnaissance capabilities and strong firepower; transport ships, service ships and command ships are arranged according to combat principles; this formation helps increase the ability to observe and detect targets; destroy enemy forces, and at the same time be ready to promptly respond to enemy attack risks, not being passive or surprised in any situation.

8:09: Vehicle block of the Engineering Corps

The leading vehicle block of the Engineer Corps is the AM-50S and MS-20S Bridge Vehicles. With the ability of automation and high precision, the deployment and recovery time is quick and effective. Ensuring mobility for technical forces and weapons to safely overcome river obstacles.

The AM-50S bridge set includes 4 vehicles, 50 meter long bridge, 6 meter deep, 46.5 ton bridge load. The MS-20S bridge is 20 meter long, 63.5 ton bridge load.

These are types of equipment assigned to engineering forces, with high mobility, ensuring flexible mobility on all terrains in combined arms formations, meeting the requirements of modern combat methods.

Chemical Corps's Chemical Defense Vehicle Block - a symbol of the strength to protect the Fatherland against weapons of mass destruction, the ability to respond to chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear threats and environmental incidents, and handle chemical toxins after the war.

Leading the way is the ID-1 multi-purpose reconnaissance vehicle for detecting chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear agents.

Next are the SKID, T-14D, TMVA-17, KTH-20, TDT-09 decontamination vehicles manufactured and imported by Vietnam. Used to decontaminate, decontaminate, and sterilize terrain and weapons.

Over the years, the Chemical Corps has always been on the front line in handling environmental incidents, preventing and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, and handling toxic chemicals in localities, contributing to ensuring safety for the people, and has been wholeheartedly trusted and admired by the people.

Leading the formation is the command vehicle researched and produced by the Electronic Warfare Department in collaboration with the Military Telecommunications Industry Group.

Next are the E-3.2.0.2 reconnaissance and jamming vehicles for unmanned aerial vehicles; the AJAS-1000 radio communications reconnaissance and jamming complex. The A2 electronic warfare vehicle and the GBR-HP ultra-high frequency reconnaissance and jamming complex.

These are modern weapons used for reconnaissance, positioning, jamming, neutralizing enemy equipment and technology, protecting important targets, and preventing enemy air attacks. Electronic warfare troops are always ready to fight, firmly protecting the Fatherland in all situations.

8:04: Mobile military information vehicle formation enters the ceremony platform

The strategic and campaign-level mobile military information vehicle formation is researched and produced by the Vietnam Defense Industry.

Leading the formation is the command and staff vehicle, followed by the VSAT vehicle block, radio vehicle and terminal vehicle.

With the advantage of mobile power, integrated with modern information equipment, establishing fast, multi-channel, multi-service transmission lines, capable of resisting electronic warfare, and high security.

Over the years, mobile military information vehicles have always played an important role in ensuring communication for combat readiness and serving important political events of the country, drills, natural disaster and epidemic prevention, search and rescue.

8:03: Air Defense Missile Block and UAV enter the ceremony platform

Next is the S-125-VT Air Defense Missile Complex researched, improved and modernized by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, with outstanding advantages in fast maneuverability, longer target destruction distance and higher combat effectiveness.

In training and exercise missions, the S-125VT always achieves excellent results, meeting current combat requirements.

Next is the VRS-2DM Low-Altitude Radar Complex researched and produced by the Military Industry-Telecoms Group, playing an important role in air defense operations.

Next is the new generation VRS-MRS three-coordinate Radar Complex. This is a modern mission Radar system, capable of medium-range surveillance and effective navigation.

Next is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Complex researched and produced by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, including reconnaissance UAVs that detect and identify targets with high precision and tactical combat UAVs capable of effectively attacking ground targets.

At the end of the formation is a vehicle carrying a suicide UAV produced by the General Department of Defense Industry of Vietnam. These UAVs can be equipped with various weapons to attack armored targets or used for reconnaissance, surveillance and rescue purposes.

The means and equipment researched and produced by Vietnam itself affirm the autonomy of Vietnam's Defense Industry.

Next is the 57mm Anti-Aircraft Artillery vehicle, an indispensable component of the Vietnamese air defense force with many outstanding achievements.

In the 1972 "Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu in the air" campaign, the 57mm cannon, together with other types of firepower, formed an anti-aircraft fire network to shoot down the "B52 flying fortress", contributing to the great victory in the resistance war against the US to save the country.

Next is the Spyder combat vehicle, which is mobile, can be deployed quickly, can operate in all conditions, can quickly detect and destroy aerial targets, and meets modern combat requirements.

8:00 a.m.: The surface-to-sea missile and radar block produced by Vietnam entered the ceremony platform.

Next in the lineup is the Truong Son missile complex researched and produced by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group.

The complex includes a combat command vehicle, radar vehicle, launcher vehicle, missile transporter - loader and anti-ship missile ammunition of different ranges.

The complex is responsible for observing the sea surface, collecting and processing information; selecting targets to destroy and carrying out missile strikes in modern combat conditions.

This is one of the core components of the coastal defense system, capable of launching powerful missile strikes, destroying enemy targets; contributing to firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

7:59: The surface-to-sea missile vehicle entered the ceremony platform.

The artillery and missile force of the Vietnam People's Navy is entering the ceremony platform.

Born along with the process of building and maturing of the Navy, the Coastal Artillery - Missile Force has always been interested in building and developing to become more and more standardized and modern.

Leading the formation are the Redut-M and Bastion missile launchers - missile systems with a range of hundreds of kilometers, equipped with many modern, highly effective combat modes; a symbol of defensive strength, forming a steel shield to firmly protect the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

With flexible mobility and powerful destructive power, the Redut-M and Bastion complexes affirm their pioneering position in the modern missile force of the Vietnam People's Army.

This is the foundation for building a modern Artillery - Missile Command, ready to fight and firmly protect the beloved Fatherland.

7:56: Towed artillery block

Entering the Ceremony Platform are military vehicles and artillery of the Artillery - Missile Command.

Leading the formation were artillery trucks assembled at domestic facilities by the General Department of Logistics and Engineering/Ministry of National Defense, bearing the Vietnam People's Army trademark, pulling 130M46 long-barreled artillery pieces and 152D20 artillery pieces.

With long range, great power, strong firepower, and high combat efficiency, these cannons once rained fire down on the invaders, achieving many outstanding feats.

Typical of the Dien Bien Phu campaign, the battles from Con Tien, Doc Mieu, Khe Sanh, Road 9 to the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign contributed to writing the heroic history of the nation.

7:55: The armored vehicle block produced by the General Department of Defense Industry enters the ceremony platform.

Leading the charge is the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle - equipped with a 73mm smoothbore gun, a 12.7mm anti-aircraft gun, a 7.62mm heavy machine gun and B72 anti-tank missiles.

Next is the XTC-02 armored personnel carrier - a vehicle equipped with a 12.7mm anti-aircraft machine gun and a 7.62mm heavy machine gun.

These modern combat vehicles will contribute to enhancing the combat power of the Army.

At the same time, it is a strong testament to the great strides made by Vietnam's defense industry, "proactive, self-reliant, self-reliant, dual-purpose, modern", ready to firmly protect the Fatherland in all situations.

Ngày nay, Quân chủng Hải quân được xây dựng “cách mạng, chính quy, tinh nhuệ, hiện đại; phát huy tốt vai trò nòng cốt bảo vệ vững chắc chủ quyền biển, đảo thiêng liêng của Tổ quốc.

Trên Quân kỳ quyết chiến, quyết thắng tung bay, lấp lánh những Huân chương cao quý, khắc ghi biết bao máu xương, chiến công oanh liệt, tô thắm truyền thống vẻ vang như lời Bác Hồ khen tặng: “Quân đội ta trung với Đảng, hiếu với dân, sẵn sàng chiến đấu hy sinh, vì độc lập, tự do của Tổ quốc, vì chủ nghĩa xã hội, nhiệm vụ nào cũng hoàn thành, khó khăn nào cũng vượt qua, kẻ thù nào cũng đánh thắng”; xứng đáng là Quân đội anh hùng của dân tộc anh hùng.

Biểu tượng mang ý nghĩa sâu sắc, tái hiện mốc son lịch sử chói lọi của cả dân tộc với khát vọng “độc lập, tự do, hạnh phúc” và quyết tâm mạnh mẽ đưa đất nước ta đi tới tương lai tươi sáng.

Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh - lãnh tụ thiên tài, Người sáng lập, lãnh đạo và rèn luyện Đảng ta, Anh hùng giải phóng dân tộc, Người Cha thân yêu của lực lượng vũ trang nhân dân; đã lãnh đạo cách mạng Việt Nam đi từ thắng lợi này đến thắng lợi khác.

Bác đã đi xa, nhưng thân thế, sự nghiệp, tư tưởng, đạo đức và phong cách của Người vẫn tỏa sáng, soi đường cho dân tộc Việt Nam vững bước tiến vào kỷ nguyên mới, sánh vai với các cường quốc năm châu.

Đi đầu là Quốc huy nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Thân xe được phát triển từ họa tiết “chèo Thuyền” gắn liền với Trống đồng, biểu tượng của tinh thần đại đoàn kết dân tộc Việt Nam, nguyện một lòng đi theo con đường xã hội chủ nghĩa mà Đảng, Bác Hồ và Nhân dân ta đã lựa chọn; đưa “Con thuyền Cách mạng Việt Nam” cập bến bờ vinh quang, hạnh phúc.

Trên bầu trời lúc này là Đội hình máy bay vận tải Casa C-295 và C212i - Những “chiến binh thầm lặng”, đảm nhiệm hiệp đồng chiến đấu, trinh sát, vận chuyển, tìm kiếm cứu nạn. Mỗi chuyến bay là sự kết hợp của tinh thần thép và kỹ thuật hiện đại, khẳng định bản lĩnh, trí tuệ, sức mạnh chiến đấu của Không quân nhân dân Việt Nam anh hùng.

Hình ảnh lực lượng vũ trang diễu binh trên biển tại Căn cứ quân sự Cam Ranh, tỉnh Khánh Hòa được truyền trực tiếp tới Quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử.

Đội hình các lực lượng tham gia diễu binh trên biển, gồm có: Tàu chỉ huy; máy bay tuần thám biển, trực thăng săn ngầm; các biên đội tàu ngầm, tàu hộ vệ tên lửa, tàu hộ vệ chống ngầm, tàu tên lửa tấn công nhanh, tàu pháo của Hải quân nhân dân Việt Nam; các biên đội tàu của Cảnh Sát biển Việt Nam; Bộ đội Biên phòng và Hải đội Dân quân thường trực, cùng nhiều phương tiện, khí tài hiện đại khác. Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm nhấn mạnh, 80 năm trước trên Quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử, Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh trịnh trọng đọc Tuyên ngôn độc lập, khai sinh nước Việt Nam dân chủ cộng hòa, nay là nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, Nhà nước dân chủ nhân dân đầu tiên ở Đông Nam Á. Từ đó mở ra kỷ nguyên độc lập, tự do cho đất nước.

Từ thời khắc lịch sử ấy, dân tộc Việt Nam bước vào hành trình mới, xây dựng chính quyền nhân dân, bảo vệ Tổ quốc, đưa đất nước vững vàng tiến lên con đường Xã hội chủ nghĩa vì mục tiêu dân giàu, nước mạnh, dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh.

Trong giờ phút thiêng liêng này, chúng ta thành kính tưởng nhớ các bậc tiên tổ, bày tỏ lòng biết ơn vô hạn Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh vĩ đại, tri ân các bậc tiền bối cách mạng, hàng triệu triệu đồng bào, chiến sĩ đã hy sinh, cống hiến cho độc lập, tự do, thống nhất Tổ quốc và hạnh phúc của nhân dân.

Chúng ta đời đời ghi nhớ công lao của các Mẹ Việt Nam anh hùng, các cựu chiến binh, thương binh, gia đình liệt sĩ, người có công với cách mạng; khắc ghi những công lao đóng góp của đội ngũ công nhân, nông dân, doanh nhân, trí thức, văn nghệ sĩ, phụ lão, thanh niên, phụ nữ, các cháu thiếu nhi, đồng bào các tôn giáo, các dân tộc, đồng bào ta ở nước ngoài, bạn bè và nhân dân tiến bộ trên thế giới đã kề vai sát cánh, giúp đỡ, ủng hộ sự nghiệp cách mạng chính nghĩa của Nhân dân Việt Nam suốt tám mươi năm qua.

Trong không khí thiêng liêng của Lễ kỷ niệm 80 năm Cách mạng Tháng Tám thành công và Quốc khánh nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, chúng ta cùng hướng về Quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử, chứng kiến nghi thức rước đuốc và thắp sáng đài lửa truyền thống cách mạng.

Ngọn lửa truyền thống, biểu tượng của ý chí kiên cường, sức mạnh bất diệt; khát vọng trường tồn của dân tộc Việt Nam; hun đúc từ hàng ngàn năm lịch sử dựng nước và giữ nước; được rước từ Bảo tàng Hồ Chí Minh đang tiến vào Quảng trường Ba Đình.

Ngọn lửa được trao cho Trung tướng, Anh hùng lực lượng vũ trang nhân dân Nguyễn Đức Soát, nguyên Phó Tổng Tham mưu trưởng Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam, người đã có thành tích đặc biệt xuất sắc, bắn rơi 6 máy bay của địch, trở thành một trong những phi công anh hùng của Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam để thắp lên đài lửa.

Ngọn lửa đã bừng cháy, chào mừng Lễ kỷ niệm 80 năm Cách mạng Tháng Tám thành công và Quốc khánh Nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

5h30: Không khí rộn ràng tại Quảng trường Ba Đình

Tại khu vực Quảng trường Ba Đình lịch sử, các khối đã tập trung, chỉnh đốn đội hình, đội ngũ và các công tác chuẩn bị khác. Trên khán đài đã chật kín các chỗ ngồi.

Ghi nhận của PV Lao Động, thời tiết hiện tại ở Quảng trường Ba Đình là khoảng 25 độ, trời có mây, không mưa. Thời tiết tương đối thuận lợi cho các hoạt động diễu binh, diễu hành, kỷ niệm 80 năm Cách mạng tháng Tám và Quốc khánh 2.9.

Lễ kỷ niệm, diễu binh, diễu hành mừng 80 năm Cách mạng Tháng Tám và Quốc khánh 2.9 diễn ra tại Quảng trường Ba Đình (Hà Nội) từ 6h30 ngày 2.9.

Trong không khí tưng bừng của ngày Tết Độc lập, non sông hội tụ về đây, kỷ niệm trang sử vàng chói lọi của dân tộc!

Today's parade and marching formation recreates and affirms the great stature and great value of the August Revolution, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the first people's democratic state in Southeast Asia; smashing the domination of colonialism and fascism; abolishing the feudal regime; creating a historical turning point, turning our country from a colony into an independent, sovereign nation; our people from being slaves to becoming masters of the country; opening a new era - the era of national independence and socialism.

Thắng lợi vĩ đại của Cách mạng Tháng Tám và Quốc khánh Nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam là bản anh hùng ca bất diệt, biểu tượng rực rỡ của tinh thần yêu nước nồng nàn; hội tụ sức mạnh đại đoàn kết; khát vọng độc lập, tự do cháy bỏng của cả dân tộc kiên cường, bất khuất dưới sự lãnh đạo của Đảng và Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh; là thắng lợi của chính nghĩa, tiến bộ xã hội; của lương tri, phẩm giá con người; trở thành nguồn cảm hứng và động lực mạnh mẽ thúc đẩy phong trào đấu tranh giải phóng dân tộc trên toàn thế giới.

Tinh thần cách mạng Tháng Tám và Quốc khánh 2.9 sẽ mãi là niềm kiêu hãnh, ngọn đuốc soi đường; tạo ra sức mạnh vật chất và tinh thần to lớn; cổ vũ toàn Đảng, toàn dân, toàn quân ta phát huy cao độ chủ nghĩa anh hùng cách mạng; ý chí quyết chiến, quyết thắng; hăng hái thi đua lao động, sản xuất, đổi mới, sáng tạo; hiện thực hóa khát vọng phát triển đất nước hùng cường, phồn vinh, hạnh phúc trong kỷ nguyên phát triển mới, kỷ nguyên vươn mình của dân tộc!

Sau khi thực hiện các nghi lễ, nghi thức của Đảng, Nhà nước sẽ diễn ra hoạt động diễu binh, diễu hành.

Nội dung diễu binh, diễu hành của lực lượng Quân đội, quân đội nước ngoài, Công an; hệ thống vũ khí, khí tài của Quân đội, các khối xe đặc chủng của Công an.

The parade force includes: 4 Honorary Divisions; 43 divisions representing the people's armed forces including 26 Army divisions, 17 Police divisions); 4 foreign military divisions including: China, Russia, Laos, Cambodia; Military vehicles, artillery, and special Police vehicles; Sea parade force; 12 mass parade divisions; 1 Culture and Sports division.

The standing forces as the background include the Honor Guards and 29 standing blocks (18 armed forces blocks standing opposite grandstand A; 11 mass blocks standing on both sides of the armed forces blocks; and forces forming shapes and letters.

Đối với lực lượng diễu binh trên biển được tổ chức tại tỉnh Khánh Hòa, gồm: Quân chủng Hải quân, Cảnh sát biển, Bộ đội Biên phòng và Quân khu 5, với nhiều loại vũ khí, khí tài: Tàu chỉ huy; máy bay tuần thám biển, trực thăng săn ngầm; các biên đội tàu ngầm, tàu hộ vệ tên lửa, tàu hộ vệ chống ngầm, tàu tên lửa tấn công nhanh, tàu pháo của Hải quân; các biên đội tàu của Cảnh sát biển; Bộ đội Biên phòng và Hải đội Dân quân thường trực, cùng nhiều phương tiện, khí tài hiện đại khác.

Cùng với đó, tại khu vực trước sân vận động Mỹ Đình (Hà Nội), 15 khẩu pháo lễ 105mm của Bộ tư lệnh Pháo binh - Tên lửa cũng đã sẵn sàng cho chương trình Lễ kỷ niệm, diễu binh, diễu hành Kỷ niệm 80 năm Cách mạng Tháng Tám và Quốc khánh 2.9.

Sau khi đi qua Quảng trường Ba Đình, các khối diễu binh, diễu hành có lộ trình như sau:
