Bach Quang thrives from key projects

Many residential and urban area projects are being implemented in Bach Quang ward.

Among the projects being implemented, Cau Truc Urban Area is one of the highlights of the ward. The project has an area of 22.88 hectares, with a total investment of over 370 billion VND, implemented in the period of 2021-2026. Up to this point, the technical infrastructure system has been 100% completed, creating the basis for the development of housing and commercial items in the next phase.

With 130 shophouses of the project, 83 have been topped out, the rest are expected to be completed by the end of 2026. When put into use, Cau Truc Urban Area is expected to become a modern residential area, contributing to the formation of a new commercial - service complex in Bach Quang.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duc, Head of Cau Truc Urban Area Project Management Board, said: The project was implemented smoothly thanks to the close support of the ward government, especially in site clearance and infrastructure connection. The local government always creates conditions for the investor to complete the infrastructure on schedule, ensuring technical requirements.

In parallel, the Cai Dan Urban Area No. 1 Project - Area A (The City Number One) also made a clear impression. The project has an area of over 35 hectares, an expected population of about 4,000 people, a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, and is considered one of the model urban areas.

The project consists of 68 villas with completed exteriors, 194 shophouses and a commercial and service center. The technical infrastructure system is invested synchronously, meeting standards on traffic, water supply and drainage, lighting and landscape.

Mr. Le Huu Tuan, Head of the Project Management Board of Cai Dan Urban Area No. 1 - Area A, said: The project aims at quality construction and a modern, synchronous living environment. The close support of the ward government is an important factor in helping the project to be implemented on target.

Cau Truc Urban Area Project is gradually completed, becoming a highlight in urban development of Bach Quang ward.

According to statistics, in Bach Quang ward, there are 9 urban and residential projects outside the budget being implemented, with a total area of about 175 hectares. These are large-scale projects, playing an important role in expanding urban space and promoting economic restructuring towards sustainability. When completed, the projects will provide high-quality residential and service land funds, and at the same time form synchronous infrastructure, improving the quality of people's lives.

Revenue from project investment activities also creates conditions for Bach Quang ward to invest in more civil works such as roads, schools, and technical and social infrastructure.

Mr. Hua Xuan Binh, Chairman of Bach Quang Ward People's Committee, said: The locality adheres to the motto "Accompanying - supporting - responsible - effective" in approaching investors. The administrative procedure settlement is carried out quickly and in accordance with regulations. The local government proactively coordinates with investors in all stages such as surveying, infrastructure construction, electricity and water connection, ensuring security and order and handling problems right at the scene.

Thanks to the drastic intervention of the government and the efforts of businesses, Bach Quang's appearance is taking on a new look. The internal roads are synchronously completed, the electricity and water systems are modern, and many commercial and service buildings have been built, creating a clear mark in urban development.

Urban projects not only attract residents but also create business and service opportunities, contributing to increasing budget revenue and improving people's lives.
