According to the plan, households with violations will self-demolish under the supervision of the working group and the residential group, from December 3 to 7. The ward People's Committee will organize inspections and provide support for households that have not completed the demolition from December 8 to 15. From December 8 to 20, a enforcement procedure will be developed for cases of violations that intentionally do not dismantle.
