The auction includes 26 plots of land, ranging in area from 95-160m²; starting price from 9.9 million to 19.8 million VND/m². All plots have completed site clearance, are undergoing technical infrastructure construction according to approved progress and are eligible for auction.

The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting, ascending bid method, with a price step of 500 thousand VND/m². The total number of registered applications is about 700 applications.

As a result, 26/26 lots were auctioned, with the difference being 2-3 times higher than the starting price. Many lots recorded very high increases: Lots with a starting price of 19.8 million VND/m² were paid up to over 51 million VND/m²; lots with a starting price of 11 million VND/m² were also paid up to nearly 30 million VND/m². The total amount collected through the auction was nearly 116 billion VND, an increase of over 65 billion VND compared to the total starting price.

This is the first land auction of Gia Sang ward since the implementation of the 2-level local government model. The auction results have significantly contributed to helping Gia Sang ward successfully complete the budget revenue target, expected to exceed 20% of the assigned plan for 2025.
