[Video] Creating a synchronous legal corridor to promote national digital transformation

At the 14th Plenary Session of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, taking place on October 10-11, delegates said that the development of the Law on Digital Transformation is necessary to perfect the legal system, creating a synchronous legal corridor to promote the national digital transformation process.

The Draft Law is identified as a framework law, ensuring continuity and filling current legal gaps, regulating activities in the digital environment and promoting digital economic development.
The Law also clearly stipulates the scope of the "digital economy", management and development of digital economy platforms, industries and fields.
Opinions suggested prioritizing the development of infrastructure, data, human resources, promoting connectivity, data interconnection and ensuring information security, with special attention paid to supporting ethnic minority areas, remote and isolated areas to ensure comprehensive and effective digital transformation.
