Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province delivered the closing speech.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province shared: "The 2025 Asian Muay Championship demonstrates the noble spirit of sportsmanship, the athletes competed with all their might, demonstrated their talent and bravery, and dedicated to the audience dramatic and emotional matches".

The tournament attracted more than 300 coaches, athletes and referees from 19 countries and territories. The Vietnamese sports delegation had 50 athletes participating, of which Thai Nguyen province had 6 athletes.

Athletes from all delegations competed for 50 sets of medals in 28 combat weight categories and 8 technical performance events. Based on the competition results, the Organizing Committee awarded medals to athletes with high achievements.

The Vietnamese athletes competed excellently, winning a total of 46 medals of all kinds, including 14 gold, 16 silver and 16 bronze medals, ranking first overall. The athletes from Thai Nguyen contributed 2 gold medals: Tran Thi Anh Tuyet and Hoang Thi Thu.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) ranked second overall with 16 medals of all kinds, including 8 gold, 4 silver, and 4 bronze; Kazakhstan ranked third overall; Thailand ranked fourth overall with 10 medals of all kinds, including 6 gold, 4 silver.
