Vietnam attends the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Expo in Guangzhou, China

At this fair, Vietnam participated in the National Pavilion, displaying typical products such as handicrafts, fruits, processed foods and showing images promoting Vietnam's economy , tourism and culture.

Vietnam participated in the National Pavilion, displaying typical products such as handicrafts, fruits, and processed foods.

The 2023 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Expo will be held in Guangzhou from June 2-4 with an exhibition area of about 60,000 square meters and 64 countries and territories participating in the pavilions.

Within the framework of the fair, nearly 50 activities including forums, seminars, trade... were organized, comprehensively demonstrating the exchange and cooperation results between countries, territories and regions along the "Belt and Road" route in the fields of production, trade and culture.

Attending the opening ceremony of the fair were Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Leung Chun-ying, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, Mayor of Guangzhou City, Vice Chairman of the China Association for the Promotion of International Trade, and many senior officials of China, Guangdong Province, and Guangzhou City.

Also attending the opening ceremony were a number of Ambassadors, Consuls General and officials of the diplomatic corps in China and Guangdong province.

With the connection and promotion of the Trade Office of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Guangzhou, at this fair, Vietnam participated in the National Pavilion, displaying typical products such as handicrafts, fruits, processed foods and showing images promoting Vietnam's economy, tourism and culture.

The Vietnamese business delegation from within the country participating in the fair included 9 units, displaying and promoting Vietnamese products with strengths such as cashew nuts, pepper and spices, canned fruit juice, processed foods, handicrafts and gifts, plastic products used in electrical and telecommunications equipment...

After the opening ceremony, Consul General Vu Viet Anh visited each booth of Vietnamese enterprises to inquire and exchange information, sharing a lot of information about the Chinese market and Guangdong province.

Vietnamese business representatives all expressed their joy and confidence in the potential and opportunities for cooperation and business development with the Guangdong market in particular and China in general.
