Also during the visit of the Dutch Prime Minister, it is expected that four cooperation documents will be exchanged at the business forum between the two countries taking place on the same day.
Previously, since Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to the Netherlands (December 2022), relevant ministries and branches of the two countries have made efforts to effectively implement the commitments and cooperation agreements of the visit, demonstrated through the active exchange of delegations in 2023, with many new cooperation documents being signed.

In particular, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands signed a joint cooperation plan in sustainable offshore sand exploration and exploitation (June 2023), the Maritime Administration (Ministry of Transport) and STC (Netherlands) signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of training and education of maritime human resources (June 2023).
