Vietnam Post Corporation and provincial and municipal post offices have proactively worked and reported to the provincial and communal People's Committees to review and arrange appropriate personnel at the locations.
Mr. Chu Quang Hao, General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, said that 100% of the staff participating in support at the commune-level People's Committees have been trained and given professional training by the corporation and provincial and city post offices.
Vietnam Post also prepares equipment, vehicles, uniforms, infrastructure, and is ready to coordinate with local authorities to receive documents and return results of administrative procedure settlement.

Since 2018, the Corporation has deployed online public service support at service points.
Since 2021, Vietnam Post has coordinated with local People's Committees to arrange more than 600 staff to guide, receive, digitize documents, and return results of administrative procedure settlement at one-stop-shop departments at all levels.
With more than 13,000 service points nationwide, the Vietnam Post network has become an "extended arm" in implementing administrative reforms, connecting people and the government, contributing to building a modern administration that is close to and serves the people.
