According to Ms. Bui Thi Xuan Van - Deputy Director of Vietravel Khanh Hoa Branch, the organizer of the contest hopes that children will be aware of using recycled items, contributing to protecting the environment, especially the marine environment. An old straw, a piece of discarded plastic or a lifeless can, if collected by creative hands and a heart that knows how to listen to nature, can tell stories that touch the future. Instead of being thrown away, familiar materials such as plastic bags, bottles, torn nets, plastic spoons, cardboard, dry leaves, seashells, beach sand, etc. will be "revived" in colorful and emotional paintings.
Contestants will make paintings in A2 - A3 size. Contestants send their entries to the Organizing Committee's email (vtv.nhatrang@vietravel.com) with the following contents: Personal information (name, school/class, group/unit, contact phone number); 1 video recording the process of making the work (in drive/youtube link format); 1 short explanatory text (explaining the idea, materials used, message conveyed).
The Organizing Committee will conduct the judging and announce the prizes on June 16, 2025. The prize structure of the contest includes: 1 first prize is a travel package voucher worth 3 million VND, Go Green gift combo (neck pillow, tote bag, suitcase cover); 1 second prize is a travel package voucher worth 2 million VND, Go Green gift combo (neck pillow, tote bag, suitcase cover); 1 third prize is a travel package voucher worth 1 million VND, Go Green gift combo (neck pillow, tote bag, suitcase cover); 2 consolation prizes are Go Green gift combo (neck pillow, tote bag, suitcase cover).
