Musician Nguyen Vu's real name is Nguyen Tuan Khanh. He was born in 1944 in Hanoi .

Musician Nguyen Vu is the author of many famous songs such as: Sad Hymn, Small Street Afternoon Station, Last Words for You, Last Song for My Lover, Legend of the Rainy Afternoon, Anniversary Night...

Of which, Sad Hymn was written in October 1972, and was exclusively purchased by Son Ca Records. Singer Thai Chau was the first to perform this song in the Son Ca 3 tape.
