To promote tourism development in the coming time, Vinh Long continues to advise on resolving administrative procedures on time, promptly issuing policies to support investment in tourism development; reviewing and recommending central ministries and branches to create mechanisms to attract investment and develop tourism in the province.
At the same time, the province mobilizes resources to invest and effectively implement plans to develop transport infrastructure, focusing on tourism infrastructure, especially passenger ports, inland waterway wharves and routes connecting tourist areas and destinations.

The province develops large-scale, unique tourism clusters, adapting to climate change and aiming for green, sustainable tourism.

In addition, the province continues to implement tourism development cooperation programs with Ho Chi Minh City and localities in the Mekong Delta region, nationwide and internationally to expand tour routes and create new tourism products.
Vinh Long also aims to promote priority projects calling for tourism investment that have been granted a memorandum of understanding by the Provincial People's Committee, striving to attract key projects such as: Con Cai Ga Cho Lach Resort, Coordination Center of Cultural Tourism Village - Rest Stop (Cho Lach), Khmer Cultural - Tourism Village and Ao Ba Om Cultural - Tourism Resort,...
