On the afternoon of November 21, the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc province chaired a meeting with relevant departments, agencies and sectors to prepare the contents of the seminar "Green transformation - awareness and action for a sustainable future of Vinh Phuc ".
Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee and Vingroup Corporation will sign a comprehensive cooperation agreement in investment promotion and attraction, business support cooperation, green transformation promotion, and sustainable development.
On November 23-24, Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee and Vingroup Corporation will jointly organize the seminar "Green transformation - awareness and action for a sustainable future of Vinh Phuc".
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc province chaired the meeting.
With the goal of enhancing understanding and awareness for officials and civil servants about provincial green indicators, gradually building a cooperation channel and annual dialogue between large green transformation enterprises in Vietnam and enterprises in the area.
The comments of consultants, experts, and representatives of ministries and sectors focused on the following contents: green transformation, zero net emissions and issues related to provincial governance; some solutions to improve the investment and business environment towards a green economy and sustainable development; green consumption trends, sustainable lifestyles towards developing trade service chains; business practices in promoting an environmentally friendly business environment...
Along with that, the conference will host the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Provincial People's Committee and Vingroup Corporation on promoting, attracting investment, linking cooperation to support businesses, promoting green transformation, sustainable development; the signing ceremony of other memorandums of understanding between Vingroup's ecosystems and agencies and businesses in the province.
As planned, the conference program will take place from 8:00 a.m. on November 23.
On the sidelines, Vingroup Corporation will organize the VinFast Car Roadshow - Journey "Fierce Vietnamese Spirit" at Ho Chi Minh Square with many activities such as displaying and test driving electric cars, electric motorbikes, experiencing VinFast electric buses and many other activities.
