Happy Mid-Autumn Festival "Dad is at the Oil Rig - Kids are at home with friends"

The Naval Region 2 Command recently organized a Mid-Autumn Festival for children of officers and soldiers of Brigade 171 and Battalion DK1.

The Regional Command prepared 190 gifts for the children. In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the children were able to immerse themselves in the performances; the special lion dance program and especially, they got to hear the Mid-Autumn Festival wishes from the soldiers who are guarding the sovereignty of the sea, islands and the sacred continental shelf of the Fatherland. These are the sincere feelings of the soldiers on the faraway islands, who are also fathers, brothers and uncles, sent to the children at home to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Mid-Autumn Festival with the theme "Dad at home with friends - Children at home with friends" shows the special attention of the Commander of Naval Region 2 to the children of officers and soldiers in the entire Region, and the children of fishermen sponsored by the unit, the future buds of the country.

Mid-Autumn Festival also creates a useful playground for children, contributing to education , training, personality formation, fostering family and community affection, and responsibility to the homeland and country.
