On August 20, the People's Committee of Vung Tau City ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) organized the announcement of the project to adjust the 1/500 planning of Mui Nghinh Phong area, Ward 2, Vung Tau City.

Nghinh Phong Cape is located at the foot of the hill and is the starting point of Thuy Van Park with a beautiful location. In front is the sea, behind is the mountain, surrounded by famous spots such as "Heaven's Gate", "Con Heo Hill" and is a place where you can watch both sunset and sunrise in Vung Tau.

Vũng Tàu:

Mui Nghinh Phong area is planned to be a high-class tourist service area.

Nghinh Phong Cape is considered as "golden land" in Vung Tau City, with 13.8 hectares planned as a high-quality tourism, entertainment and resort service area, ensuring harmonious development with the surrounding landscape and environment.

Specifically, the land will be planned as a high-rise entertainment and tourism service area with a maximum height of 10 floors, a combined construction density of 45%, a height sufficient to become a highlight but not obstructing the view of locations in the area. In which, floors 1-3 are used for commercial-service purposes; floors 4-10 are for high-end resorts.

For low-rise tourism service projects, there will be a cluster of projects with hotel characteristics, modern lines, and a construction density of 35%.

In addition, there will be a central service complex, a central open space connecting Ha Long Road to the beach and Hon Ba Island. This traffic route will serve the public for residents and tourists. Hon Ba will also be kept in its original state and the stone road leading to the island.

Vung Tau City People's Committee said the goal of the planning is to maximize the natural landscape towards the sea, preserve natural sand beaches, plan large open spaces on the main axis, and continuous walking paths to connect the entire area, serving the maximum demand for high-quality resorts for tourists.

Vũng Tàu:

Project perspective and planned functional zones

The architectural plan of the project needs to ensure continuous spatial connection, without obstructing the view of the Back Beach area, Con Heo hill location, Nho mountain area, and Christ statue on the basis of taking advantage of traffic, landscape and land use conditions.
