Promoting the spirit of proactive volunteerism.

With the enthusiasm and passion of youth and a determination to achieve accomplishments to celebrate the country's momentous event, from the beginning of 2025 until now, along with the vibrant "Youth Month," the youth of Quang Binh have implemented many practical activities, spreading the spirit of volunteerism and the aspiration to contribute.

Youth Union branches and members throughout the province successfully organized the forum "Quang Binh Youth Aspiring to Rise with the Nation," and honored 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in various fields as "Outstanding Young Faces of Quang Binh in 2024," along with 20 individuals who received the title "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings." This activity celebrated exemplary young people and further inspired a sense of responsibility, aspiration for advancement, and the spread of positive values among the province's youth.

One of the most significant achievements is the "Joining Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses" movement. According to the Provincial Youth Union Secretary, Dang Dai Bang: "Identifying ourselves as one of the core forces, the Provincial Youth Union is urgently implementing the goal of '20,000 man-days for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses'. To date, the youth of the entire province have joined hands to support the construction of 478 new houses and the repair of 404 houses, with a total of nearly 10,400 man-days mobilized. With decisive participation, the goal of completing 20,000 man-days by August 2025 is expected to be achieved ahead of schedule. In particular, along with the determination to complete the targets for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, the youth of the entire province continue to effectively implement the Housing Support Project for people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs, practically showing gratitude for the contributions of previous generations."

The youth volunteer movement in the first months of 2025 was widely organized, attracting a large number of young people to participate in practical activities such as: "March at the Border," building rural roads, developing civilized urban areas, protecting the environment, etc., with a total value of nearly 5 billion VND, making an important contribution to changing the appearance and lives of people in localities.

To fuel the aspirations of young people, nearly 100 youth-led economic models across the province received support from the National Employment Fund with capital exceeding 2.4 billion VND; thousands of young people received career counseling, job placement assistance, and opportunities for overseas employment, creating a foundation for their confident development. In addition, many activities were held to express gratitude, award thousands of gifts, and encourage 1,186 young people to enlist in the military…

Creating an environment for young people to contribute.

Leveraging the role and position of the Youth Union organization, focusing strongly on the grassroots level, the Youth Union at all levels organizes many revolutionary action movements to provide young people with an environment to contribute and affirm their self-worth; at the same time, cultivating their ideological fortitude and political awareness, as well as giving them the opportunity to play a role in building the Party and the political system.

Thanks to this, from the beginning of 2025 to the present, 262 outstanding Youth Union members have had the honor of joining the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam. These outstanding members proudly stood before the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, taking the oath during the new Party member admission ceremony with overflowing pride. This practical activity commemorates the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.

Young people in Quang Binh actively participate in voluntary blood donation.

With the theme "Quang Binh Youth Proud and Confident in Following the Party," the Youth Union at all levels aims to continue implementing 560 creative ideas from Youth Union members in 2025; provide career guidance to 22,000 young people; introduce jobs to 6,000 Youth Union members; develop 8,000-10,000 new members; recommend 1,500 outstanding Youth Union members to the Party; and strive to recruit 800-1,000 young Party members...

These are not just numbers, but proof of the high level of effort and determination of the youth of Quang Binh in achieving important goals; at the same time, they are practical goals to strive for, affirming the maturity of the Youth Union members.

Youth Union branches at all levels in the province will organize intensive emulation campaigns, political activities, and education on patriotic traditions and national pride for the younger generation, contributing to creating a strong ripple effect among Youth Union members to continuously promote youthful energy on all fronts. Through this, they will affirm the role of young people in the new development journey and repay the great contributions of the older generation who dedicated their youth and sacrificed their lives to fight for national liberation and protect the Fatherland.

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Dang Dai Bang, stated: “In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, as well as other significant events of our homeland and nation, the youth of Quang Binh will continue to demonstrate their courage, creativity, and aspiration to contribute. Alongside the outstanding achievements from the beginning of 2025 to the present, we have clearly defined new goals and will persevere in our actions to reach our targets on schedule. The youth of the entire province will stand together on all fronts, contributing to the formation of a generation of young people who are strong-willed, compassionate, ambitious, and always steadfast in their loyalty to the Party.”
