An Khánh commune enforces mandatory inventory of 30 households.

An Khánh commune recently carried out a mandatory land survey for 30 households and individuals whose agricultural land is located within the La Phù Greenery and Sports Complex project area.

On the afternoon of May 28th, the People's Committee of An Khanh commune reported that the locality had just carried out a mandatory land survey for 30 households and individuals whose agricultural land is within the area to be reclaimed for the La Phu Greenery and Sports Complex project in Thua field, Thang Loi village, An Khanh commune. Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Khanh commune and Head of the Enforcement Committee, directly participated in and supervised the operation.

Representatives from the An Khánh Commune People's Committee stated that the mandatory land survey and inventory enforcement aims to ensure strict compliance with land laws and regulations, and the land acquisition notices issued by competent state agencies. It also contributes to raising awareness and responsibility among officials and the public regarding land management and use, creating favorable conditions to expedite land clearance and handover to investors for project implementation as planned.

It is known that recently, the People's Committee of An Khanh commune has implemented land clearance work for the La Phu Sports and Recreation Green Area project in Thua field, Thang Loi village, ensuring democracy, transparency, and compliance with the law. However, during the land clearance process, despite repeated propaganda, persuasion, and dialogue by the local authorities, 30 households and individuals have still not cooperated in the investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory of land and assets on the land within the project's acquisition area.

To ensure that land clearance proceeds according to plan and does not affect the project's progress, on May 5, 2026, the Chairman of the People's Committee of An Khanh commune issued decisions No. 2928/QD-UBND to No. 2960/QD-UBND regarding the compulsory inventory of 30 households and individuals mentioned above.
