Cam Lam commune visits and presents gifts to Buddhist establishments.

On the occasion of Buddha's Birthday - Buddhist calendar 2570, May 28th, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Lam commune organized three delegations to visit, present gifts, and offer congratulations to 16 Buddhist establishments in the commune, including: Phap Van Pagoda (Cuu Loi 2 hamlet); Thanh Loi Pagoda (Cuu Loi 3 hamlet); Ngoc Chau Meditation Center (Bai Gieng 2 hamlet); Quan Am Pagoda (Bai Gieng Nam hamlet); Tu Lam Pagoda (Bai Gieng 3 hamlet); Thanh Son Pagoda (Thuy Trieu hamlet); Tu Hiep Pagoda (Trung Hiep 1 hamlet); Tu Duc Pagoda, Minh Quang Thien Phuoc Pagoda (Quang Duc hamlet); Hoa Thanh Pagoda (Tan Lap hamlet); Pho Minh Pagoda (Tan Phu hamlet); Buu Quang Pagoda (Dau Son hamlet); Pho Thien Pagoda (Vinh Phu hamlet); Hoa Tan Pagoda (Vinh Binh hamlet); Thien Binh Pagoda (Phu Binh 2 hamlet); and Long Dinh Pagoda (Lap Dinh 1 hamlet).

During their visits, the leaders of Cam Lam commune extended their best wishes for peace and happiness to the abbots and Buddhist followers on the occasion of Buddha's Birthday - Buddhist Calendar 2570; they also highly appreciated the positive contributions of Buddhist establishments in charitable work, social welfare, building cultural life, and strengthening national unity in the area. The commune leaders also informed the abbots about the progress of the Cam Lam New Urban Area project, hoping that the abbots would promote and encourage monks, nuns, religious officials, and Buddhist followers to continue actively participating in socio -economic development and poverty reduction in the area.
