On the morning of October 3, Dai Phuoc commune organized a dialogue conference between the heads of the Party Committee and the government with cadres, civil servants, public employees and part-time activists of the commune and hamlet. The dialogue was attended by more than 200 cadres, civil servants, public employees and non-professional workers in the area. At the dialogue, the Party Committee and People's Committee leaders recorded 10 opinions related to regimes, policies, allowances, insurance, training, fostering and professional work. Many recommendations were considered and resolved on the spot; issues beyond the authority will be compiled and reported to superiors.
Speaking at the dialogue, comrade Nguyen The Phong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune acknowledged all opinions of cadres and civil servants; at the same time, affirmed that the commune leaders will focus on directing timely resolution.
