The voluntary surrender of wild animals by the people to the authorities contributes to improving the effectiveness of biodiversity conservation, demonstrating the community's sense of responsibility in protecting endangered, rare, and precious wild animal species. The People's Committee of Lam Son commune advises people not to hunt, keep, transport, or trade wild animals illegally; and to promptly notify the authorities when they discover cases of forest animals needing rescue or violations of regulations on wildlife protection.
