- On the afternoon of April 11, Nhan Ly commune, Chi Lang district solemnly held a ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting advanced new rural standards (NTM) in 2024.

In 2023, Nhan Ly commune was recognized as meeting the NTM standards. Not stopping at meeting the NTM standards, in 2024, the commune will continue to consolidate and maintain the NTM criteria that have been achieved, while at the same time developing a plan and organizing the implementation of the criteria for advanced NTM communes.

Through a review at the beginning of 2024, Nhan Ly commune has only achieved 9/19 criteria for an advanced NTM commune. To implement the criteria that have not been met, in addition to the State's support resources, local people have contributed labor and money worth 2.85 billion VND to join hands to implement the criteria for an advanced NTM commune.

With the support resources of the State and the joint efforts of the people, the implementation of the criteria for advanced new-style rural communes in Nhan Ly commune has achieved positive results.

Up to now, 100% of the commune's main roads have been hardened, have signs, and have a traffic safety warning system; 2 commune roads have electric lighting and are planted with trees and flowers; 88.45% of alleys and hamlets have been concreted; 100% of households have access to electricity for daily life and production, ensuring safety, reliability and stability. Schools, cultural facilities, and markets have been invested in construction and upgraded to ensure compliance with regulations; 78.7% of the working-age population has a smartphone subscription; the rate of households with standard housing accounts for 96.21%; the average income per capita is over 55 million VND/person/year; the multidimensional poverty rate is 5.88%. Along with that, environmental sanitation work is maintained regularly; Security and order are ensured... With the achieved results, Nhan Ly commune was honored to be recognized as meeting the standards of an advanced NTM commune in 2024.
