On the afternoon of July 31, Comrade Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee came to survey the implementation of socio -economic development tasks and the operation of the two-level local government apparatus at Nhi Truong Commune People's Committee.

Nhi Truong Commune was merged from 3 communes: Nhi Truong, Truong Tho and Hiep Hoa, currently has 22 hamlets, population of 38,184 people, 69.83% of Khmer people. The whole commune has 157 poor households (1.82%) and 221 near-poor households (2.53%).
The economic, cultural, social, defense and security situation is stable. From July 1st to now, the Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 1,026 records, processed and returned results on time according to regulations.
At the survey, representatives of Nhi Truong commune discussed difficulties in supporting housing and land for ethnic minority households, lack of teachers, insufficient conditions to connect records between the judiciary and the police in the digital environment, lack of equipment, etc.

Speaking at the direction, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh highly appreciated the efforts of the cadres and civil servants of Nhi Truong commune in performing the tasks of the two-level local government. The commune has many bright spots in performing socio-economic tasks, social security, caring for the lives of Khmer people... demonstrating the effectiveness and sense of responsibility of the collective.
In the coming time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the commune should continue to improve its apparatus, equip facilities, and enhance the sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants in performing their duties, contributing to the local development process.
Review and adjust the planning targets from now until the end of the year, in order to fulfill the assigned tasks. Prepare conditions for the opening of the new school year. Join hands in building new rural areas... Focus on achieving results in socio-economic development tasks; promote traditional culture, be close to the people, and aim for comprehensive development.
