On August 15, the People's Committee of O Lam commune (An Giang province) held a launching ceremony for two consulting groups to guide and support people in performing administrative procedures on the Online Public Service Portal in An Nhon and Phuoc Loi hamlets.

The People's Committee of O Lam Commune ( An Giang Province) issued a decision to establish two consulting groups to guide and support people in submitting online applications for the two hamlets of An Nhon and Phuoc Loi. The groups will support people in performing two types of transactions: Issuing copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates; certifying copies from originals.

Members of the two groups also have the task of receiving, reflecting and recommending people during the online application submission process, reporting to the Commune People's Committee; coordinating with the public administrative service center and specialized departments to ensure the progress and quality of application processing.

The deployment of two consulting teams to guide and support people in submitting online applications at Phuoc Loi and An Nhon hamlets has helped people, especially the elderly, the disabled, ethnic minorities, and people with little exposure to technology, to easily carry out administrative procedures, saving time and travel costs.
