The working session of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee's Task Force in Tan An commune was led by Comrade Le Chi Hieu, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.

Reporting at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee stated: Tan An Commune has an area of ​​218.3 km² and a population of 23,787 people, formed by the merger of Tam Giang Tay and Tan An Tay communes. After its establishment, the commune quickly streamlined its organization and apparatus. The commune Party Committee currently has 35 subordinate branches with 706 Party members. The Commune People's Council has 52 delegates, divided into 10 groups, operating in 20 hamlets.

The Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee's working group highly appreciated the sense of responsibility shown by the officials and civil servants of Tan An commune in fulfilling their assigned tasks.
