Due to the impact of heavy rains in recent days, many villages in Vinh Loc commune have been flooded, causing property damage and affecting the lives of hundreds of households. According to statistics, the whole commune has more than 1,142 hectares of rice and crops flooded; more than 129 hectares of aquaculture overflowed, 243 households with 878 people were evacuated.
