As part of a series of emulation activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels , towards the 14th National Congress of the Party (term 2025-2030), the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Phuoc commune have just organized the simultaneous handover of 27 houses to people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs (phase 2/2025) according to Decision No. 21/2024 of the Prime Minister .

Of these, 15 were newly built (each costing 70 million VND) and 12 were renovated (each costing 35 million VND). Depending on their conditions, many families have saved up more capital to build and renovate more spacious and sustainable houses.

Leaders of Vinh Phuoc commune visited and shared joy with the households, and encouraged them to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, strictly comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies, enthusiastically participate in local emulation movements, and strive to work and save to develop the economy and stabilize their lives.
To date, Vinh Phuoc commune has completed the housing support program according to Decision No. 21/2024, with a total of 40 newly built houses and 39 repaired houses for people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs.
* On the same day, the Youth Union of Vinh Phuoc commune organized the launch of the national flag road project to welcome the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030.

The activity attracted the participation of 30 Youth Union members and hamlet officials. Accordingly, the force repainted the flagpoles and planted 300 flag sets (flag bases, flagpoles and flags) on two roads in Phuoc Thanh and Phuoc Truong hamlets, with a total length of 6 km. The cost of this project is about 12 million VND. In addition, the commune Youth Union also combined propaganda and mobilized people to actively clean up the environment, take care of trees and ornamental flowers in front of their houses to create a beautiful appearance for the countryside.
Taking place in rainy weather, the volunteers of the commune were very active in completing the project.

Thereby, it arouses in the young generation and all people patriotism, solidarity, and the desire to develop the locality to become more and more prosperous.”
