Warm moon season comes to children in remote areas

On October 4 and 5, the Net But Xanh Club (Ho Chi Minh City) chaired and coordinated with the Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union of Phan Ngoc Hien commune and the Pink Smile Club to organize the program "Bright Moon of Dat Mui" at Primary School 5 (Phan Ngoc Hien commune), bringing a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to 200 children in remote areas.

The program is accompanied and supported by the Charity Associations of Compassionate Hearts, Vietnamese Hearts, Hoa Tam and many other benefactors with the desire to spread love to the land of Ca Mau .

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 200 Mid-Autumn gifts, 30 uniforms, 10 environmental protection trash cans, 20 welfare bags for poor households and 100 national flags to Rach Goc Border Guard Station , and organized many game and food booths, with a total value of over 80 million VND.

The accompanying units gave school uniforms to the children.

On this occasion, the Pink Smile Club, nun Hue Nghia and Buddhists of Kim Son Pagoda gave 157 life jackets to students going to school by boat in Phan Ngoc Hien commune.

Along with “Bright Moon of Dat Mui”, many activities of giving Mid-Autumn gifts to children in special circumstances were also organized by volunteer teams and groups, such as: Nu Cuoi Hong Club with the program “Full Moon of Dat Mui” giving gifts to 50 poor children in Hamlet 6, Hoa Thanh Ward; Net But Xanh Club continued to organize “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival” for 45 children in the residential area of ​​An Xuyen Ward; Binh Duong University Social Work Team - Ca Mau Branch brought “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival” to the charity class of Ward 6 (now Hoa Thanh Ward); volunteer group of Ms. Cam Tu visited and gave gifts to homeless, needy children and sick children at the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

Children in An Xuyen ward residential area received Mid-Autumn gifts from Net But Xanh Club.

With the joint efforts of the community, children in remote areas of Ca Mau had a Mid-Autumn Festival filled with love, joy, laughter and hope.
