Implementing the conclusion of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society on implementing policies and laws on preventing and combating counterfeit drugs and fake foods

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development has sent a document to relevant units regarding the implementation of the conclusion of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society on the implementation of policies and laws on preventing and combating counterfeit drugs and fake foods.

According to Official Dispatch No. 2824/TTTN-NV, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development requests units to base on current legal regulations, functions, tasks, and authority to study the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister, the National Assembly 's Committee on Culture and Society on the Conclusion of the explanation session on the implementation of policies and laws on prevention and control of counterfeit drugs and fake foods and related documents.

Proactively implement or coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the work of preventing and combating counterfeit drugs and fake foods in the coming time; report results and implementation status according to regulations.
